Pumfrey makes break for Freedom

Date: 29 May 2009

Adam Pumfrey

Former Fiat and Mazda fleet boss Adam Pumfrey has joined with Steve Mennell and Pete Nunn to form a new fleet management company, Freedom Automotive, aimed at "taking advantage" of Camden Corporate Fleet Services' collapse earlier this year.

Mennell was part of the Camden management buy-out in 2007 and Nunn has 20 years of car refurbishment experience.

Freedom Automotive is aiming at vehicle manufacturers, rental firms, corporate fleets and leasing companies, offering vehicle sales, refurbishment, vehicle management and logistics.
