Santa risk assessed

Leasing giant Masterlease has highlighted the pressures associated with the festive period by conducting a risk management analysis of Santa as he prepares for his busiest night of the year. See the attached picture (right) for the full assessment, but Masterlease's experts have looked at everything from licence checks and mileage to load security, insurance and working hours.

"For all industries where driving is an intrinsic part of the job - even the mystical industry of toy-making in the North Pole - it's essential that businesses are aware of their responsibilities and continually re-evaluate working practices to meet current regulations," said Masterlease head of marketing Robert Kingdom.
