Toyota fleet boss promoted

Richard Balshaw is Toyota fleet boss
Richard Balshaw has been promoted to the job of sales director for Toyota. Balshaw was previously general manager for Toyota and Lexus fleet services.
The move follows former sales director Michael Cole's move to Kia.
Toyota and Lexus have yet to appoint a new fleet boss.
