Citroen's business network completed

Citroen has completed its network of 90 business centres, which aim to support the firm's presence in small to medium LCV and car fleet sectors by offering more dedicated sales and aftersales services.

The latest dealer appointments for the fleet-specific centres are Budgen Motors in Shrewsbury, Telfords, in Carlisle and Pentagon of Oldham.

Charles Peugeot, head of commercial vehicles and business sector, said: "Citroen is delighted to have completed its nationwide Business Centre network. The company is committed to providing its business customers with the highest levels of service.

"The innovative Citroen Business Centre programme has been designed to provide the resources necessary to meet this requirement. Since establishing the Citroen Business Centre network, we have seen even more business customers being attracted to our brand -º as demonstrated by a 17% growth in fleet market share this year across cars and commercial vehicles."

Dealers which are appointed as business centres invest in additional facilities, stocking, staff and specialist training.
