Fleeteye CSI wins for Alphabet and Tusker

Date: 29 March 2010

Tusker and Alphabet have topped the Fleeteye ranking, the new name for the Landmark survey.

Fleeteye, which provides a customer satisfaction index for leasing firms, ranked Alphabet top for fleets running more than 500 vehicles and Tusker best for fleets between 25 and 500 vehicles.

"The confidential Fleeteye CSI survey, formerly Landmark, has been in existence since 1998 and is carried out among fleet operators in the UK that operate fleets of 25 vehicles or more," said a spokesman. "Using online questionnaires, it gathers opinions on most of the major suppliers in the contract hire and leasing industry. All replies from fleet operators are treated in absolute confidence and aggregated with other survey responses."

Fleeteye respondents award satisfaction scores for their suppliers' performance in the key aspects of service delivery, from pre-sale activity to handing of end-of-contract vehicles. The scores are also calculated to show overall satisfaction with each leasing company surveyed.
