Leaseplan appoints new operations director

Vehicle management company LeasePlan has appointed Matt Cranny as operations and service director.
Cranny, who was previously service improvement director, "will combine his expertise and focus on service improvement with the day-to-day operational side of the business - recognising the fundamental importance of customer service to success in fleet management" said the company.
He will work alongside commercial director Matt Dyer and replaces Graham Rixon, who is stepping down as operations director to pursue interests outside the industry.
"I am thrilled to be taking on the role of Operations Director within LeasePlan UK and making my mark on customer service and operational efficiency within the business," said Cranny.
David Brennan, managing director of LeasePlan UK, added: "Matt Cranny has played a vital role in the success of LeasePlan over the years and his new role is testament to that. It really highlights the importance of customer service within operations and echoes our good to great ethos of continual service improvement."
