New Editor for BusinessCar

Date: 22 January 2010

Paul Barker is editor of BusinessCar

BusinessCar is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Barker as new Editor of the influential magazine, website and email newsletters.

Barker was previously BusinessCar's Deputy Editor, and replaces Tristan Young who is leaving after nine years to pursue a freelance career, although he will continue to be associated with BusinessCar in the role of Contributing Editor.

"I'm delighted to be taking control of a publication that is held in such high regard by the industry it serves," said Barker. "I'll be looking to continue the excellent job Tristan has done since the launch of BusinessCar in 2007, and I'm excited by the challenges that face the business car industry and the publishing industry going forward.

Joining BusinessCar is Rachel Burgess, who will take on the role of News & Features Editor from the beginning of February. Burgess moves to her new position with the well-respected fleet industry publication from business magazine AM.
