Kwik-Fit owners boost investment

Date: 03 November 2011

Kwik-Fit's new owner, Itochu Corporation, is embarking on a refurbishment plans for its network in a move to improve the customer experience, according to the firm.

Currently operating 673 centres, Itochu recently confirmed it will also give fleet customers access to the 130 Stapleton's Tyre Services it already owns. Kwik-Fit fleet sales director Peter Lambert added that customers will "shortly benefit from the investment that is to be made in centres and additional operations managers who will focus on front-line service delivery.

"As a result, we believe that customer experience for company car drivers will further improve and service quality will be boosted."
