Tusker offers drivers live chat online

Leasing firm Tusker has launched a live chat messaging function on its website to allow salary sacrifice drivers to communicate with the company's customer service team.
The functionality is available via Tusker's fleet management platform, Fleetdesk, and is included as a complimentary service for drivers who join Tusker's Salary Sacrifice 4 Cars (SS4C) scheme.
The facility is available between 9.00am to 5.30pm and incudes an out of hours function, which enables drivers to leave messages that will be responded to at the start of the next working day.
Veronica Steele, head of account management at Tusker, said: "This new functionality is in response to customer demands for more instant communication. Our intention is to respond instantaneously to driver messages."
