ACFO picks new services manager

Date: 30 November 2012   |   Author: Jack Carfrae

ACFO has appointed communications agency JJ Marketing as its new members services organisation.

The firm will take the reigns from current secretariat Fleet Audits in April 2013 for the following five years.

In addition to handling general operations, JJ will oversee a redesign of ACFO's website and manage the organisation's annual awards.

The body has also said that it plans to integrate a series of monthly webinars, which will also be managed by JJ, focussing on its work with Government departments such as HMRC and the DfT.

ACFO chairman Julie Jenner, said: "[JJ] will also be responsible for the creation of an efficient customer relationship management programme.

"With comprehensive data about the members, what they are doing and what their key interests and concerns are we can make ACFO even more relevant and that, we believe, will also trigger further growth."
