Assessment improves driver behaviour

Driver behavior can be improved from merely conducting an assessment, according to managing director of E-Training World Graham Hurdle.

He said that carrying out an assessment makes drivers consider their own driving habits, raises their awareness and helps them learn.

Hurdle added that E-Training World's system can choose to train drivers during the assessment by providing correct answers after each question and a full explanation.

"We made this improvement last year, and early indications are that drivers who receive training during the assessment are achieving lower risk ratings."
