Audi has revealed its third-generation five-door A3 Sportback at the Paris motor show, following the recent three-door A3 launch in the UK.
With prices from £19,825, a premium of £620 over its three-door counterpart, the car boasts more space with a wheelbase that is 58mm longer than its predecessor and maximum 1220-litre luggage capacity.
One diesel and two petrol engines will be offered with a further three units being added to the range post-launch.
The 2.0-litre TDI 150hp will be the fleet favourite with 108g/km and 67.3mpg, at least until the 1.6-litre diesel unit with 99g/km CO2 and 74.3mpg arrives. First deliveries are due in March 2013.
