Budget 2012: 3% diesel BIK levy to be scrapped from April 2016

The Government has confirmed that the 3% diesel BIK levy on business cars will be scrapped in April 2016.

As of that date, diesel-engined cars will be subject to the same levels of taxation as equivalent petrol models.
