Citroen appoints new head of commercial vehicles

Date: 25 July 2012   |   Author: Rachel Burgess

Citroen has promoted commercial vehicles operations manager Scott Michael to the head of its commercial vehicles and business centre programme.

Joining Citroen in 2003, Michael started as a fleet analyst before becoming area fleet sales manager and then commercial vehicle sales manager.

He will be responsible for Citroen's field-based team of regional business centre managers and Chris Jones, who heads up the firm's LCV conversion business.

"I am delighted to take up this new role with all the opportunities and challenges it will bring," said Michael.

"Since its inception, Citroen's Business Centre programme has been a major success and our LCV sales performance has remained very strong. Both these factors have played key roles in enabling Citroen to expand its business, especially in the SME sector, and I am looking forward to working on maintaining this growth."
