Revised hybrid Lexus LS600h on sale

Date: 26 October 2012   |   Author: Jack Carfrae

Lexus's revised top-end luxury hybrid saloon is now on sale, priced at £99,495 for the LS600h L.

The provisional emissions and economy figures put the hybrid at 199g/km and 32.8mpg - impressive for a large, luxury car with a 433hp 5.0-litre V8 petrol engine.

The LS line-up has been restyled to resemble the rest of the current model range, and a cheaper,

non-hybrid LS460 is also available at £71,995. A new F-sport trim

level has been introduced, which features sporting exterior and interior trim and tweaks to sharpen the driving experience.

Lexus's most extravagant car is aimed at the chauffeur and private hire market, and the firm says it has undergone 3000 changes to improved comfort, refinement and handling.
