Volkswagen rolls out MoDel handover system to all fleet dealers

Volkswagen is rolling out its electronic delivery and collection system - MoDel - to its 63 UK fleet dealers.
The move follows a three-month trial, initially reported in the 6 March issue of BusinessCar, and is intended to improve customer service for leasing firms and business drivers.
