Cap and Glass's undergo employee changes

Date: 14 January 2013

The two big vehicle value experts both witnessed staff changes late last year, with Cap appointing two new senior roles, while Glass's has announced the departure of long-standing managing editor Adrian Rushmore.

Cap has recruited Derren Martin to lead its valuations team and Dylan Setterfield to head up Cap Monitor. Both are new roles, with Martin joining after 17 years with Vauxhall, most recently as vehicle life cycle manager, and Setterfield having held the role of senior European analyst at GE Capital.

Rushmore departs Glass's after 26 years with the firm and moves tpo Cap as operations director. "He has been our face to the world for a long time and we are deeply sad to see him go." said MD Michael Bergmann.
