Europcar: rise in Sunday rental demand

Rental company Europcar has seen a 30% increase in demand for Sunday collection and return since 2010, "demonstrating the importance of offering access to vehicle rental at the times that suit business and leisure customers", said the firm.
The company, which has offered Sunday opening at airports, station branches and city centres for a number of years, said it continues to add to the 70 locations in response to customer need.
The news comes shortly after rival business Enterprise announced that it is opening seven days a week at 50 of its 370-site network to cater for corporate customers.
