Ex-BVRLA boss takes TR Fleet role

Date: 26 July 2013   |   Author:

Former British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association chief executive John Lewis has taken a non-executive director position with consultancy specialist TR Fleet.

Lewis headed the association for 13 years before standing down earlier this year, and is a member of the Department for Transport's Motorist's Forum advisory group, a member of the Low Carbon Vehicle Partnership board and is on the RAC Foundation's Public Policy Committee.

"John has a wealth of industry experience and has worked with policy makers at the highest level," said TR Fleet managing director Julie Summerell.

"His particular focus on road safety and accident reduction will be invaluable as we continue to realise our vision to revolutionise current fleet practices and drive better business decisions through our bespoke risk management programme."
