Ford extends service option

Ford has made its Blueservice retail aftersales package available to fleets of 25 vehicles or more.

Under the Blueservice offer, fleets can book a service within a maximum of three days, use free wi-fi in service receptions, and can arrange a collect-and-deliver option. Blueservice also includes a year's free breakdown cover, free accident management cover and Nectar points.

Jon Wellsman, director of Ford customer service division, said: "The Blueservice for fleet programme is a major advance towards [our] long-term goal of transforming the customer aftersales service. This includes all drivers of Ford vehicles, both private and business."
