Infiniti Q50 scores two big fleet deals

Date: 01 May 2013   |   Author: Jack Carfrae

Infiniti has scored two large fleet deals with its new Q50 in advance of the car's launch.

The as-yet unnamed corporate buyers have each signed up to procure 150 of the new models, one of which described their firm as "the biggest buyer of BMWs and other prestige vehicles".

The upper medium Q50 is the most efficient model the Japanese luxury firm has produced to date, with official figures of 114g/km and 65mpg from its 170hp 2.2-litre diesel engine.

The deals mark a significant hike in its fleet business, which, until now, has been constrained by its lack of clean and economical variants in the UK market.
