Leasedrive and Ogilvie take customer satisfaction gold

Date: 07 March 2013

Leasedrive and Oglivie have won the prestigious 2013 Fleeteye CSI customer satisfaction award for large and small fleets respectively.

The Fleeteye award scores leasing firms by surveying fleets on post-sale customer service levels. Leasedrive scooped the win in the 250 cars-plus category while Ogilvie took the sub-250 car category.

Rick Yarrow, managing director of Experteye, which runs the Fleeteye awards, praised both companies for the levels of service they showed throughout 2012, and added:?"Fleeteye remains the principal measure of customer satisfaction in the fleet sector, offering flexible back-end reporting plus the ability to tailor question sets so that they are meaningful to fleet operators, and also benefits fleet managers who can access essential industry benchmarking data once the survey has been completed."

The accolade represents Ogilvie Fleet's third consecutive win in the annual awards.
