Andrew Mallery's appointment to marketing director, Passenger Cars at Mercedes-Benz UK, has triggered a management reshuffle, with Ian Duffield, formerly head of commercial vehicles customer services, becoming commercial operations director at Mercedes-Benz World.
David Joyce moves into Duffield's previous role, leaving his position as head of training, which is taken by Angela Shepherd.
Sally Jones now heads up customer services cars, Nikhil Ondhia joins as product management director and Kevin West becomes aftersales boss for Mercedes-Benz Retail Group.
