New Nissan Note pitched at superminis

Date: 04 March 2013

New Nissan Note

Nissan will unveil the all-new Note this week, and claims it will go head-to-head with superminis, rather than against supermini-MPVs as the previous generation did.

Nissan is pushing the Note's high level of safety tech under the 'Safety Shield' banner. Included in the pack is a blind spot warning system, lane departure warning, and moving object detection system that uses a rear-view camera to detect hazards.

Pricing will be £300 higher than the existing car, which will see the new Note start from around £13,500 when it goes on sale in the autumn.
