Volkswagen updates online fleet guides

Volkswagen has updated a set of generic guides to its website to help fleet managers better do their jobs.
The guides are designed to help both those fleet managers new to the industry and also those with greater levels of experience and are split into 10 topics: an introduction to the fleet market; fleet operational methods; fleet funding and taxation; fleet allocation policies; service, maintenance and repairs; fuelling fleet vehicles; running a green fleet;
managing on-road risk; grey fleet issues; jargon explained.
Commenting on the downloadable guides, VW's communications manager, Tracey Rossetti, said: "We had a very positive response to the previous fleet manager guides we published and, with the ever-changing fleet industry we felt it important to continue to support our customers by making their lives a little easier.
"We now offer a wealth of information on our website from tools and calculators to the latest Emissions Guide, which features 15 models with a CO2 emission figure of 130 g/km or below, and includes the new Golf Estate."
