The start point for the best source of fleet information

Volvo links with driver training firm

Date: 20 September 2013

Volvo has affiliated itself with business driver safety firm Fleet21 as part of its goal that no one will be seriously injured or killed in a new Volvo by 2020.

The Swedish brand is working with Fleet21 to "create a safer driving culture among business fleet drivers and managers", and will act as an intermediary to help fleets understand their duty of care responsibilities, pointing them towards its partner for driver training help.

"Giving drivers this extra training and education is putting them in the best possible place when they get behind the wheel of their company car," said Volvo national corporate sales manager Selwyn Cooper.
