Fuel card operator Allstar is offering business customers free access to its Business Mileage Monitor.
The monitoring system, which is HRMC-compliant, provides: automated pence per mile and full journey detail recording; integration of journeys with fuel card data; journey plotting by postcode; management reporting online manager claim approval; business and private mileage capture; pre-populated journey records.
"Allstar is the only fuel card to offer software of sufficient sophistication to enable customers to keep accurate records," said Brian Flood, Allstar's non-fuel products vice-president.
"More and more customers are asking us for the precision of BMM as other tools leave them exposed. We are offering free use to new customers so that companies can experience its accuracy and the peace of mind of being HMRC-compliant.
"It's a simple-to-use tool, which can be implemented quickly with no set-up fee."
