The start point for the best source of fleet information

BusinessCar's Weekly Recap: 12th September

Date: 12 September 2014   |   Author: Daniel Puddicombe

In a new weekly feature for the website we'll list the most important stories from the past week that have gone on the BusinessCar website.

Think of it as a newsletter, just more accessible. Mind you, we still have a newsletter - which goes out every Tuesday - and you can sign up for it here, so all the latest news goes straight into your email inbox.

  •  On Monday, we reviewed Volkswagen's new performance plug-in, the Golf GTE. Find out here if it matches up to the hype and see if it compares to the Golf GTI.
  • Nissan returns to the lower-medium fleet arena with the Pulsar. On Tuesday, we gave our verdict on whether or not it can challenge the established herd.

In terms of our fleet of long-term cars, we said goodbye to our Fiat 500L this week, got to grips with the Vauxhall Insignia and started to get used to life with our Mazda 3.

Next week, we'll have a review of Tesla's Model S (hint: its very impressive) and the new Renault Twingo on Monday, while Tuesday will see a Renault Captur joining our long-term fleet.

During the rest of the week, we'll have more long-term test updates and new car reviews.
