Date: 13 October 2014   |   Author: Daniel Puddicombe

Remarketing company CD Auction group has appointed Andy Brown as its new managing director, taking over from the firm's co-founder Rodger Woodwood.

Woodward will remain with the business as a board director and consultant.

Previously Brown was the operations director at Venson Group and Inchcape Fleet Solutions. More recently he was the managing director of Fourways Vehicle Solutions, a corporate car hire company.

Brown will also join CD Auction Group's board while the company's other co-founder, Graham Johnstone, will remain as the chairman in an advisory capacity.

Brown said: "CD Auction Group is a business with great potential and some of the best remarketing systems and services in the business.

"I look forward developing our strategy for the industry and building on the success that Roger and the team have created over the past 25 years."
