Fuelcard giant Allstar's parent firm Fleetcor has acquired electronic payment company Comdata for £2bn. Fleetcor bought the US business from Ceridian in the latest in a series of acquisitions which include Allstar for £194m in 2011, UK fleet maintenance firm Epyx in November 2013 and MAsternaut in June 2014.
