Honda's fleet boss Lee Wheeler is to leave the firm on 31 January.
Wheeler became corporate operations manager in September 2012, following the departure of former fleet boss Ed Hummel for Glass's, and has spent almost 10 years at the firm in total.
Wheeler said of the move: "I have enjoyed my time at Honda immensely and look forward to seeing Honda's fleet success gain even more traction in 2014."
He is leaving the fleet industry for a role at banking giant Santander. His successor has yet to be announced.
Head of cars, Leon Brannan, said: "I would like to say a big thank you to Lee for all his hard work and enthusiasm over the last 10 years.
"He has been instrumental in successfully launching the Civic and CR-V 1.6 i-DTEC models into the fleet market since he took on the role. He will be sorely missed."
This comes as Honda announces a deal with financial services provider Forester Life, which has placed an order for 130 Civics for its corporate fleet.
Each car will be fitted with the 120hp 1.6-litre i-DTEC engine, which emits 94g/km of CO2, and returns an official 78.5mpg.
The arrangement will see Honda become the sole fleet supplier to Foresters for the next three years, marking the return of a partnership between the two companies which began in 2003.
Euan Allison, group managing director of Foresters, said: "We have bought Honda Civics in the past and, after trying some other premium brands in the interim, are pleased to welcome [them] back to the fleet."
"Honda really seems to have got the Civic diesel package right for the fleet market, responding to the demands we make on a car manufacturer - the need for company tax efficiency, high mpg, low emissions and surprisingly low BIK implications.
"All of these factors, and the fact that the Civic is British-built, add up to a compelling fleet motoring package that exceeds our requirements."
