Mercedes offers drivers free recovery

All Mercedes drivers are now being offered a free recovery service, if after an accident, their car is not legally driveable or is unsafe to move.
Mercedes-Benz will attend the scene and recover the car to a Mercedes-Benz Approved Bodyshop. Drivers can call 0800 1 777 7777 or 0207 975 7077 to use the service.
