Mitsubishi dealership appoints John Mann as its fleet and finance manager

A Mitsubishi dealership in Leeds has appointed a fleet and finance manager to join its team.
John Mann has joined the Luscome Mitsubishi dealership and brings over 26 years motor trade experience in various positions and with various brands.
"Mitsubishi is very keen to progress with fleet. There seem to be one or two main dealers out there that get most of the fleet business and the rest doesn't, so we need to get our share of that," said John Mann, fleet and finance director, Luscome Mitsubishi.
"I've been working with the fleet guys to the side of me but not actually been out into the world of getting the orders, so I'm sure it'll be good fun and very challenging," said Mann.
Mitsubishi looking to improve business car driver's experience at dealers
The firm ordered 1500 Outlander PHEVs from Japan for 2014, but that has been revised, more than once, to now stand at 7500 cars, with Mitsubishi's UK boss Lance Bradley predicting that the final figure for 2014 should hit 10,000. That compares with the 2000 diesel Outlanders the firm registered last year.
So far, a quarter of registrations have been from the corporate sector, a figure that Bradley expects to rise to around 50% by the end of the year.
