Alphabet Partner delivers 1000th vehicle since launch

Date: 23 January 2015   |   Author: Daniel Puddicombe

Leasing company Alphabet has announced it has delivered over 1000 vehicles through its broker programme, known as Alphabet Partner.

The programme was launched on 30 September 2014.

Nearly 5% (49) were electric vehicles, while 10% (90) were LCVs.

Alphabet said all of the transactions utilised Alphabet's funding products - contract hire, finance lease, contract purchase, personal contract purchase and personal contract hire.

Alphabet said there are 34 brokers throughout the UK, and the programme is aimed at SMEs - which are looking to buy vans this year - with access to the firm's suite of fleet solutions.

Gavin Davies, head of indirect sales, Alphabet: "The fact we've managed to secure over 1000 deliveries, within the first three months of launching the programme, is a real testament to the value of the new channel and the quality of our brokers.

"Being a newcomer in a well-established marketplace can present its challenges, however, we've demonstrated that we are a credible and reputable entrant, who should be taken seriously."
