Date: 09 September 2015   |   Author: Daniel Puddicombe

Telematics giant TomTom has appointed Antoine Saucier as the new managing director of its automotive division.

Saucier has replaced Harold Goddjin, who held the role alongside his position as CEO of the company.

Saucier has worked at TomTom since 2007, most recently in the role of VP sales and strategic partnerships in Europe within the firm's automotive division.

Before joining TomTom he worked in leadership positions at PSA Peugeot Citroen and at automotive technology company Valeo.

"Under the leadership of Harold Goddijn, our Automotive business has entered into an exciting stage of growth," he said.

"I look forward to maintaining momentum as we continue to be the trusted partner for innovative and future-proof navigation technology for the global automotive industry," he added.
