BusinessCar and What Van? Editor Paul Barker picked up the prestigious TMD Friction Ltd LCV Writer of The Year award at the annual Guild of Motor Writers' dinner earlier this week.
Held at the Royal Automobile Club in London every year, the awards recognise top industry talent.
Paul's winning piece is his van manufacturer website analysis for What Van?, which you can view here, and also in the current issue of What Van?.
Paul's GoMW win follows his title as the HeadlineAuto Business Writer of the Year 2011 Award. BusinessCar also won HeadlineAuto's Trade Magazine of the Year in 2010.
"Well this was nice! Guild of Motoring Writers Light Commercial Vehicle Writer of The Year," Paul said. "Probably a good thing that I'll get a little version of the trophy rather than carrying this home on the tube..."
