Enterprise launches updated website

Enterprise Rent-A-Car has launched a new website in the UK as part of a roll-out of online updates.
The new website has been designed to improve customer experience and increase transparency in the booking process.
The website has been set-upto provide faster access to information and a simplified reservation process.
Users are now able to add optional extras such as GPS and child seats at the same time as they select their desired pick-up location and vehicle.
"Our new European websites are designed to empower consumers with a simpler booking process as well as much more information on the key facts of the rental," said Jim Stoeppler, vice president, European brand marketing at Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
"Together with our new mobile app, which launched in August, the new website is the next step forward in reaching our ultimate goal of providing customers with the best service experience, whether they're interacting with us virtually or in-person with someone at a branch," he added.
