Toyota has revealed its facelifted lower medium Auris ahead of its debut at the Geneva motor show next month.

The Japanese car maker said the hybrid model will "remain at the heart of the range", though hasn't yet revealed any more detail about the engineering revisions that it claimed improve efficiency for both petrol and diesel engines. The current Auris range has a best of 91g/km for the hybrid version.

No details have been released about the new engines, but expect more information to become available after the motor show. Other changes to the facelifted Auris include an upgraded cabin and new safety features.
