Independent Yorkshire-based dealer group JCT600 has rebranded its leasing and fleet management division, formerly known as JCT600 Contracts, as JCT600 Vehicle Leasing Solutions.
Alongside the name change, the division has a new website.
JCT600 has been operating its own leasing company as a stand-alone business and operates a fleet of 7000 vehicles with an asset value of over £140m.
JCT600 Vehicle Leasing Solutions predominantly serves SMEs, typically with fleets of five to 200 vehicles, and supplies all brands of cars, vans and mini buses throughout the UK from the south east to Scotland. Based at Apperley Bridge, the division employs 43 staff.
Andrew Mann, managing director of JCT600 Vehicle Leasing Solutions, said: "[We re-evaluated our business following our 25th anniversary in September 2013] and felt we should show a more accurate face to the world."
Mann said the company needed to shout more about the depth and extent of services the company offered. Alongside that, the company felt its name was "a little out-dated".
He said: "By renaming ourselves JCT600 Vehicle Leasing Solutions, as well as adopting a fresh look, website and marketing materials, we are better able to convey what we are about and the extent of our capabilities as well as differentiating ourselves from our competitors."
A key message for the newly rebranded firm is its ability to offer 'grey' or used vehicle fleet management, electronic driver licence checking, mileage capture and management, duty of car services, consultancy and salary sacrifice advice.
