Leaseplan has signed a deal with building company FES Group to replace its fully-owned fleet with contract-hire vehicles.
Over the course of the four-year contract, it is expected that Leaseplan will replace up to 500 vehicles.
As well as the contract hire vehicles, the leasing company will also provide daily rental services, grey fleet management support and mileage pooling to FES.
"The arrangement will bring real benefits to FES in terms of fuel and operational cost efficiencies, an expansive geographic support network that meets the growing demand of our UK wide operations and ensuring we meet our duty of care responsibilities with improved driver safety through reliability and technology," said Ian Maltland, director at FES.
"Our vehicles have always set us apart from our competitors, our red vans displaying the pylon logo are a recognised brand for FES and as the company continues to grow and evolve, we are keen to see our vehicles continue to underpin the strength of the brand that is FES," he added.
