Spie appoints ALD as sole vehicle supplier for three years

Technical services provider to the construction industry Spie UK has appointed ALD Automotive as its sole supplier of vehicles for three years.
The agreement covers a fleet of more than 1000 vehicles, comprising a third cars and two-thirds LCVs. ALD will also provide accident management for the fleet.
ALD worked with the company to develop a vehicle policy that offers an increased vehicle choice list with a focus on total cost of ownership for vehicle selection and CO2 caps on all vehicles.
So far, the firm has taken on six electric Renault Kangoo vans as part of the deal.
All vehicles supplied to the company will be fitted with ALD's ProFleet2 telematics system.
"The support from ALD has been fantastic. We have a very demanding programme of integrated projects that focus on delivering significant benefits from both our car and commercial fleets," said Pat Nolan, fleet manager at Spie UK. "We are looking to deliver significant savings to the business, improve our driver road risk and reduce our fleet's CO2 emissions."
