Steve Zanlunghi expands role within Fiat Chrysler group

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles UK has expanded Steve Zanlunghi's role as managing director to include a Europe-wide role for Jeep.

Zanlunghi is now head of the Jeep brand for Europe, the MiddleEast and Africa as well as the boss for Fiat Group in the UK and Ireland.

He will replace Chris Ellis who is taking on new responsibilities within the group.

Zanlunghi was the director of Chrysler's mid-Atlantic regional business centre and has also worked in the sales and commercial arms of the Fiat group during his 17-year career with the brands. He has been in his current role since July 2012.
