The start point for the best source of fleet information

Volvo expands Co-pilot service for new corporate customers

Date: 12 March 2015   |   Author:

Volvo has created a new website and social media presence for its Co-pilot programme, which offers new fleet customers free advice on compliance as well as access to discounts with select suppliers.

Volvo launched Co-pilot in July last year to better support all fleet and lease customers that bought its cars. Copilotuk.com features areas for fleet managers and drivers to access free advice on legal compliance, safety and risk management, and business optimisation.

Volvo said the advice, combined with the safety technology on its vehicles, will help fleets to minimise the risks and costs of driving on business.

Selwyn Cooper, head of business sales at Volvo Car UK, said: "We've always taken the approach that we're here to help businesses as partners and not just to provide a fleet car.

"Co-pilot and its new online presence are the logical evolution of this - giving SMEs the information and support they need in a way that works for them."

Volvo has joined forces with fleet suppliers to create a buying group that offers discounts to fleets that choose the Swedish manufacturer. Volvo fleet customers can currently get discounts with Fleet21, TfL, Specsavers, The Fuelcard People, Here navigation, driver safety app creators Romex, and RoadHawk black box recording systems.
