VW adds trim levels to Golf

Date: 12 November 2015   |   Author: Daniel Puddicombe

Volkswagen has added two new specifications to its Golf lower medium model, which replace the current Match trim level.

Known as Match Edition and Match Bluemotion Edition, these models are priced from £19,840 and will arrive in January.

The vehicles are equipped with £1100 worth of extra equipment over the Match edition for £100 more.

The additional equipment includes the firm's navigation system and the 'Winter Pack' - which consists of heated front seats, front and rear parking sensors and 16-inch alloys.

The Match Bluemotion Edition comes solely with the firm's 115hp 1.0-litre petrol engine, while the Match Edition is offered with three engines: a 125hp 1.4-litre petrol, a 110hp 1.6-litre diesel, and a 150hp 2.0-litre diesel.
