All change at Renault-Nissan as fleet boss moves to head-up Infiniti

Date: 13 April 2016   |   Author:

Nissan's corporate sales director Barry Beeston is moving to head the brand's premium offering Infiniti's UK operation on 1 May, with former Renault sales director Darren Payne moving to take on Nissan fleet responsible in a new position of UK sales director.

Payne, who has been at Renault for six years, initially as fleet and LCV director, will also replace Nissan sales director Tony Lewis in the new amalgamated role, with Lewis moving to head up Nissan's largest dealer group West Way in July.

Renault's new sales director is Nick Tame, who moves up from the position of operations manager, and his appointment coincided with the announcement that Paul Flanagan will take over as Renault Groupe UK boss, having joined from Ford where he was most recently president of Ford France.
