BMW expands fleet team

Three new leasing key account managers have been recruited by BMW to help improve customer service standards to for leasing clients.

Ian Munro joins BMW from Fiat Chrysler Automobiles where he held a number of role focusing on leasing company relationships, Hollie Crumlish joins from Leaseplan's manufacturer engagement team, and Jack Munford transfers from BMW-owned leasing company Alphabet.

Lee Pennells also takes on the role of tactical leasing manager, focusing on the broker sector, having previously been contract hire key account manager.

."This new structure allows us to build on our core strengths of collaboration and partnership.  Clearly defined key account management roles will deliver even higher standards of customer service to our leasing company partners," said Adam Harely, national leasing manager at BMW.

"With a more complex marketplace, technological advances such as connected car and teleservices, and any potential changes to the tax landscape, it remains vital to recruit the very best candidates and I am delighted to have recruited such high-quality individuals to represent our brands."
