BMW Remote Control Parking to debut on 7-series

BMW has confirmed that its 7-series range will offer the firm's Remote Control Parking function from March.

This system allows the 7-series to be maneuvered into parking spaces without anyone being behind the wheel.

It can be activated by the driver from outside, using the key, s the car moving into parking spaces semi-autonomously.

BMW said the owner can also bring the car to a stop, if necessary, and can switch the engine on and off with the key.
