Budget 2016: West of England, East Anglia and Greater Lincolnshire get mayoral devolution

Three new areas of England will be able to elect their own mayor with new powers over "transport, planning and skills", according to the Government.

The West of England, East Anglia, and Greater Lincolnshire join the previously announced devolution deals in Greater Manchester, Liverpool City Region, Sheffield City Region, the North East and Tees Valley.
