Chevin recruits customer satisfaction team leader

Date: 22 August 2016   |   Author: Daniel Puddicombe

Fleet software provider Chevin Fleet Solutions has recruited Amjad Razak as its new support team leader as it aims to increase its customer satisfaction ratings.

Razak will oversee a team providing support to Chevin's customer base, and his appointment follows on from that of Jack O'Mahony who was brought in to improve the design of the firm's fleet management software, FleetWave earlier this year.

The company also ran a 'user day' with its customers in May to help share best practice and generate ideas for future developments.

"We are delighted that Amjad has joined us, bringing with him a wealth of relevant knowledge and proficiency gained through his experience as a team leader within the software sector," said Peter Ormsby, Chevin operations director. "I have no doubt that Amjad's technical support knowledge will help meet our customers' requirements and further Chevin's success."

Chevin claims that 93% of fleets would recommend its products to other fleets, while the company said it has achieved growth of 30% year-on-year, with more than 900,000 vehicles worldwide being managed through its FleetWave fleet management platform.
