Duncan Movassaghi becomes Skoda UK director

Date: 05 January 2016   |   Author: Daniel Puddicombe

Duncan Movassaghi has been appointed as the director of Skoda UK, replacing Alasdair Stewart.

Stewart has left the company "to take up a senior assignment within Volkswagen Group UK", according to Skoda

Movassaghi previously worked as the head of service parts operations for Volkswagen Passenger Cars, a role he has held since April 2014. Since joining the VW Group in 2010, he has also worked as head of sales operations for Skoda.

"The development of the brand over the past few years has been extremely impressive, and with the recent launches of the new Fabia and Superb," Movassaghi said.

"Skoda has a strong and enviable model line-up. I am looking forward to working with the UK team and all of our dealer partners to continue the momentum," he added.
